Position overview : We are looking for Marketing Executive (Junior to Intermediate) profiles with 1–3 years of relevant brand marketing and campaign management experience, who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, international FMCG environment!
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing Manager and wider brand team in delivering best-in-class strategies across influencer, social, PR, grassroots, and NPD initiativesManage influencer activity, including paid campaigns, seeding programs, and relationships with our core influencer team to ensure strong performance and content deliverySupport the execution of global social calendars, owned channel content, and reporting to drive brand engagementAssist with NPD launches and market entry strategies, including positioning, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaborationManage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies and lead local grassroots activations, ensuring ROI and alignment with brand objectivesContribute to brand strategy and growth opportunities using customer, consumer, and performance dataSupport budget tracking, reporting, and the creation of brand assets and presentations for internal and external useSkills & ExperienceYou studied Marketing, Business, or equivalent1–2 years' experience in a marketing role, with a growing understanding of core marketing principles—preferably in brand marketing, digital media, and influencer managementStrong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay focused in a fast-paced, changing environmentCreative yet analytical mindset, with a hunger to continuously learn and growExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing and digital platformsPassionate about marketing, pop culture, and digitally savvyExcited to contribute to and thrive within a dynamic team cultureOur roles are based in our Auckland officeLIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
