With our current Senior Key Account Manager relocating to Auckland, we're offering a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role in our Wellington team.
You'll be managing some of our most prestigious clients and sites, leading a high-performing team, and helping shape the future of our Key Account strategy.
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building meaningful partnerships.
You'll be someone who understands the importance of being present with clients, engaging, listening, and responding with insight and care.
You'll also bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead with purpose.
What We're Looking For
NZ residency essential
Proven experience in Key Account Management; preferably in Fire Protection, Building Services, or Facilities / Property Management
Strategic planning skills, including Opex and Capex budgeting
A natural leader who can inspire and unite a team to deliver best-practice account management
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on outcomes
Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on results
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver on commitments
Strong Customer service and administration capabilities
A team player who brings positivity, energy and a collaborative spirit
A vibrant, engaging personality that builds rapport and trust with clients
Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
