In this role, you'll manage workplace functions and provide either administration and / or travel coordination support, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high standard of core building and office facilitiesComplete workplace requests and provide first-level site support including digital and technical supportSupport site health and safety, including building site inductions and orientationsSupport office security procedures and processesSupport day-to-day fleet managementProvide professional visitor management servicesProvide professional administrative services, including meeting and event support, document preparation, and invoice processingComplete domestic and international travel bookings ensuring policy compliance, working closely with our travel management provider and NZTA travel teamQualificationsExperience in facilities support, administration, and travel coordinationStrong customer service and communication skills, ability to prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA clean NZ driver licence, and confidence driving a range of passenger vehiclesStrong Microsoft Office and digital skills, with technical problem-solving skills, and confidence in learning new systemsAbility to work well in a team and take accountability for self-developmentYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
