## About this role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the site with all virtual and in person visit bookings for legal representation and professionals, as well as the receipt and dissemination of legal documentation and disclosure.This position is based within the Front Reception Office.
This is a busy and varied role that will include a multitude of administration tasks that includes a solid variety to keep you challenged throughout your day!
The responsibility to manage the visit applications and reception area is demanding and will include interacting with visitors regarding their scheduled visitor bookings with the people in our care however you will also be tasked with various other general office administration and property processing to help balance out your day.
No two days are ever the same and you will wonder what kept you occupied previously!
You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.
There is no flexibility to work from home.
This Visitor Reception area operates 7 days a week and as such there will be a requirement to work weekends on a rostered basis.
Weekend hours are subject to Penal Rates.
A roster will be set in advance so you can plan your time, however there is a requirement to be flexible and fit with the roster.
As an example, the roster could mean you do 7 on, 2 off then 8 on and 4 off and then 5 days on and 2 days off to give you a bit of a picture.
