A day in the life

• Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
• Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
• Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
• Create a strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
• Recruit, onboard, and induct high calibre new Team Members
• Be responsible for stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate & the team are aware of stock integrity processes
• Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up‑to‑date on pet care, products, and services we provide
• Create a fun, supportive culture in store where your team loves coming to work every day
• Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
