Highbrook location, 5 minutes off a motorway access with free parking onsiteThe Role - Customer Service RepresentativeReporting to one of our Team Leads, you will be responsible for providing frontline inbound customer support for our customers.
From answering the customer queries, to problem solving, and upselling - there is a lot to do in this busy role, with each call giving you the variety you need!
To be successful in this role, you will be a natural problem solver with a calm and engaging communication style.
You will enjoy working with a variety of customers over the phone and via email, using our CRM Salesforce and the Genesys Cloud platform to keep accurate records of your calls.Finish each day knowing that you have helped a customer, make a difference to their day!
Your key responsibilities are : First point of contact for inbound customer service support, including issues resolution, add-on, up selling and order placementEnsure all customer order processing is in line with OfficeMax Customer Support quality guidelinesProvide customers with alternative product options should the existing stock item no longer be availableCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer / order issues and drive performance and customer satisfaction outcomesAdvise of, or escalate issues with customer satisfaction to the Customer Support Team Lead so these can be resolvedComplete customer support administrative tasks including keying orders, written communications with customersEnsure customer information and activity is up to date and updated in Salesforce CRMWhat you will bring : Previous call centre and / or customer services experience in a similar role or retail environment preferableCommitment to customer satisfactionEmpathetic and adaptable interpersonal skillsGood oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving abilityWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, ExcelPrevious experience with Salesforce, Pronto and Genesys Cloud would be helpfulPeople and CultureDevelop your skills witha personalized development planFree parking onsite with a caféGreat people!
