Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Analyst

We are keen to connect with candidates who are looking to join a leading advisory and restructuring firm with a solid history and footprint in the NZ market, seeking to hire at the Senior Analyst level.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of clients from different industries & sectors
• Support the senior colleagues in preparation of financial models and presentation packs
• Preparation of Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements
• Formal appointments and ensuring the continuous operations of the business

The Ideal Profile

We would be keen to hear from professionals from either one of the Big 4 or international mid tier firms from any of the following service lines : Forensic, Restructuring / Business Recovery, Audit, Deals Advisory or Transaction Services.

The ideal candidate would bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, with the relevant certifications (CA / CPA or CFA) or midway in being qualified. You’ll have excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio.

Strong financial modelling & advanced excel skills are a prerequisite for this role, and you will demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles.
