Systems Analyst

About the role : We are currently looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to drive digital transformation and bridge the gap between organisational needs and technical solutions. This is a pivotal role in shaping the digital reality of the business by aligning digital initiatives with organisational strategy. This is a Fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential to go permanent full time after 6 months.

Responsibilities :

• System Analysis : Analyse system usage, identify gaps / pain points and document current and future state expectations.
• Develop and deliver systems roadmap to maximise efficiency and achieve best practice state of systems by pursuing innovative systems solutions including exploring AI / Robotics solutions to reduce costs and maximise productivity.
• Manage Integration and Upgrades : Manage and implement the system upgrades and integrations including User Acceptance Test.
• Stakeholder Management : Work closely with IT vendors, consultants and to develop and innovate our systems and deliver on project deadlines.
• Technical Support : Liaise with IT partners to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and provide training and support to the wider team to ensure high adoption rates.
