About the role : We are currently looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to drive digital transformation and bridge the gap between organisational needs and technical solutions. This is a pivotal role in shaping the digital reality of the business by aligning digital initiatives with organisational strategy. This is a Fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential to go permanent full time after 6 months.
Responsibilities :
- System Analysis : Analyse system usage, identify gaps / pain points and document current and future state expectations.
- Develop and deliver systems roadmap to maximise efficiency and achieve best practice state of systems by pursuing innovative systems solutions including exploring AI / Robotics solutions to reduce costs and maximise productivity.
- Manage Integration and Upgrades : Manage and implement the system upgrades and integrations including User Acceptance Test.
- Stakeholder Management : Work closely with IT vendors, consultants and to develop and innovate our systems and deliver on project deadlines.
- Technical Support : Liaise with IT partners to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and provide training and support to the wider team to ensure high adoption rates.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst.Experience in project management.Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other business solutions implementation.Good understanding of Technology service delivery practices and system transitions.Confident communicator with collaborative and relationship building skills.Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant work experience.Previous experience in transport / logistics industry is advantageous, however not essentialAlexander Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
