• Execute Operations & Stock Management : Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the "swarm" to accurately handle tasks, and oversee all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
• Team Leadership & Development : Lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
• Maintain Store Standards : Ensure all teams are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
• Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely escalation of process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team collaboration.
