This pivotal role is ideal for a strategic yet practical professional who is passionate about digital transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing an e-commerce strategy to significantly grow digital sales and enhance the overall customer journey, with a particular focus on the back-end and go-to-market processes.Key responsibilities include : Analyzing the digital journey and campaign performance to identify friction points and recommend impactful optimisation opportunities.Overseeing the performance, operations, and user experience of digital commerce platforms to ensure seamless discovery, checkout, and after-sales processes.Executing digital campaigns, launches, targeted promotions, and online offers.Streamlining go-to-market processes and improving governance to enable the creation of tradable sites, online offers, and online products.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely channel performance updates to senior management.Who We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic foresight, a practical, hands-on approach, and outstanding communication skills.Required Experience : A strong understanding of digital operations, with a focus on back-end processes and a go-to-market (GTM) lens.Familiarity with best practices in digital marketing and a background in operations.Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics Workspace or similar analytics tools, as well as visual analytics and session recording tools like Hotjar or SessionCam.Experience with experimentation or personalisation on digital channels to improve performance.An understanding of operations fundamentals, incorporating and integrating with new trends like social commerce and the impact of Generative AI on the commerce landscape.Proven track record of significantly growing online sales.Experience with CRM tools.Key Capabilities : Strategic and Hands-on : The ability to provide strategic leadership while also meticulously executing tasks.Commercially Astute : Demonstrated success in driving online sales.Adaptable : Comfortable and effective in a rapidly evolving business environment.Customer-Centric : A dedicated advocate for customer-centric practices, consistently representing the voice of the customer.If you are a talented professional eager to make a significant contribution to an organisation dedicated to digital equity and customer excellence, we encourage you to apply.For more information, you can reach out to me at
