We have a long-standing, supportive team and are passionate about building positive relationships and creating a warm, home-like environment for our kaiako, tamariki, and whanau.

Our play-based approach provides opportunities for tamariki to explore, express themselves, and shine.We are seeking two qualified beginning teachers to join our team in permanent, full-time positions commencing December 2025 (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 7am–6pm, plus paid staff meetings outside centre hours).

What we're looking for : -A collaborative, positive, and patient teacher with knowledge of infants and toddlers-Strong understanding of bicultural practice and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi-Ability to build whanaungatanga with tamariki, whanau, and colleagues-Contribution to planning, documentation, and teaching practiceWhat we offer : We have recently opted into Full Pay Parity, and our centre owner is committed to supporting and valuing our teachers.The terms and conditions, including pay rate, for this position are set by the Full Pay Parity Scale.

The base hourly rate for trained and registered teachers will range from $27.58 to $46.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
