You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it's your own.Key accountabilities :

• Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targets
• Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range
• Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews / Facebook / Instagram
• Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
• Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirementsYour experience :
• Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
• Able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
• Retail, cash-handling, and / or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
• Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
• A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and / or performance against KPIs

In addition, we source and distribute large quantities of foreign currency banknotes for customers on a wholesale basis - including for central banks and international financial institutions.

We also offer a range of remittance and international money transfer products around the world.
