Senior Finance Administrator – Hamilton

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our supportive and dedicated team at the Mobility Centre.

Are you an experienced administrator with strong financial skills and a drive for efficiency? We’re looking for someone with solid administrative and accounts experience, ideally with a background in retail, to oversee accounts processing and help streamline the day-to-day operations of our stores.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for :

• Financial management : Manage payables, receivables, and debt control. Reconcile financial records, maintain the fixed asset register, and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Assist with MYOB inventory, stocktakes, and pricing updates.
• Office operations : Oversee daily office functions, procurement, and vendor management. Maintain contracts and compliance documentation and support audits.
• Systems and compliance : Improve administrative processes, ensure compliance, develop Mobility Centre policies, and train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.
• E-commerce and content : Support updates to the e-commerce platform, including pricing and content accuracy.
• General administration : Provide general office administration and ongoing support to the wider team.
