Administration, student support and Community Liaison. Permanet, full-time, 34 hours per week – Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-12pm. Term time only. Applications close 20 October 9am.
At kimihia Parents’ College we are looking for a professional experienced office administrator who preferably has a background of working with youth.
The applicant can confidently use M / S Office and Google Suite. Must have friendly, helpful communication skills and the ability to manage and maintain good relationships with internal staff members and many diverse outside agencies.
A current unblemished driver’s license and willing consent to a police check is a must.
Remuneration is covered by the NZEI Te Riu Roa Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement for Administration and sits in Grade 3.
