serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleWe currently have a nursing case
management opportunity for a NZ Registered Nurse with mental health scope, to
provide assessment and treatment interventions for patients based in Ashburton.
Our Community Mental Health Team covers a large geographical area, from Rakaia
to the Rangitata River and across to the Southern Alps.
You'll work within a
small rural multi-disciplinary team, primarily working alongside our team of
case managers including Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Occupational
Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

You will enjoy the challenges of working at the top of

In addition you : Must be Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope.Must have experience working in mental health.
Be a registered DAO or prepared to train as oneBe prepared to join our on-call team 1-2 shifts / weekMust hold a current full drivers' licence Skills and Attributes A motivated self-starter, you
must enjoy the challenges of case management, including assessment, treatment
and building relationships with consumers and their families / whanau.
The
ability to work in an integrated manner with our inpatient team and to develop
sound working relationships with community resources and services is essential.

Experience in mental health,
