Sales Consultant – Residential Homes

We’re looking for an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Rolleston. You’ll be the face of Freedom Built for many of our clients - from first-home buyers through to investors and downsizers. This role is all about building relationships, understanding needs, and guiding clients through the sales process with care.

This is a full-time role that includes weekend work . You’ll be working closely with our clients, internal team, and industry partners to deliver results, all while living our values of integrity, teamwork, and looking out for each other.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering enquiries and meeting with clients
• Hosting viewings, open homes, and manning show homes
• Guiding clients through the sales, design, and build process
• Creating and managing sale and purchase agreements
• Helping clients choose colour schemes and specifications for their home
• Liaising with architects, consultants, and the internal team
• Listing and creating ads for properties
• Following clients right through from first contact to keys in hand
