Responsibilities

Provide valuation consultancy services to a portfolio of clients nationally, utilising valuation and asset advisory knowledge, contributing to the growth of the wider asset advisory practice

Lead and deliver large, complex valuation projects across multi-site asset portfolios, including plant and infrastructure assets

Support the delivery of valuation services across complex portfolios throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific, contributing to the development of Asset Advisory service offerings

Collaborate with experts in asset management, business improvement, and decision support to deliver high-value, strategic asset management advice

Mentor and guide colleagues as they build their careers within the valuation discipline

About you

You will be a Registered Plant & Machinery Valuer, undertaking valuations of a range of portfolios including industrial sites, Government portfolios and related assets

You enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and understanding a range of markets

You have a passion for continual personal growth and for mentoring and coaching others

You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop new opportunities through marketing and business development

You have strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
