Support the delivery of valuation services across complex, multi-site asset portfolios throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. In this dynamic and agile role, you’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our Asset Advisory service offerings, supporting clients across the full asset lifecycle. Beca’s Valuation and Asset Advisory team is one of our best-kept secrets, recognised as RICS Valuation Team of the Year in New Zealand in 2020, 2021, 2024, and 2025 as well as the PINZ 2024 Professional Business of the Year. As a Registered Plant & Machinery Valuer, you’ll also mentor and guide colleagues as they build their careers within the valuation discipline.
