About the Role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing
high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our
Oncology Outpatients service.
This role is key to delivering a positive
experience for patients, their whanau, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
reception cover, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient service
patients and their whanau in a courteous and supportive manner
maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
patient demographic data accurately in the patient management system
telephone inquiries, take messages, and direct clinical calls

and refer unwell or infirm patients to nursing staff promptly
