We are now seeking a strong, strategic leader to take charge of this critical function. The Role :

As our National Workshop Manager , you'll lead the operational performance of our workshops across NZ. This role requires a confident leader with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of fleet maintenance best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all workshop operations nationally, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend fleet life
• Develop and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage workshop budgets, cost controls, and resource planning
• Drive performance through coaching, development, and leadership of workshop teams
• Collaborate with procurement and fleet operations to ensure optimal asset utilisation
• Provide strategic input to fleet renewal, replacement, and lifecycle planning
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and improve performance
