Salesforce Functional Consultant

OverviewThis position is for a Salesforce Functional Consultant within the Enterprise Systems Team at EROAD.

This role will put you front and centre in our Salesforce transformation.

Our Enterprise Systems team supports the global business through the build and implementation of solutions to enable EROAD to sell and support products that lead to safer and more sustainable roads.

We work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to identify and build robust, scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesHelp the team to identify what to build by ensuring that business value, particularly through the implementation of the Revenue Cloud project, is considered and that any gaps or inconsistencies are brought into the open and resolved.Work at a senior level with stakeholders such as Sales, finance and customer success to design, implement and deliver solutions, including to identify what to build by ensuring that business value is considered and that any gaps or inconsistencies are brought into the open and resolved.Advise and implement and build solutions that are scalable and robust along best practice of modern SF practiceMaintain knowledge on Force.com applications and use knowledge repositories such as Confluence to record relevant system and product information including implementation and licensing information.Salesforce Administration and support tasks based on Jira tickets and following agreed priority and rankings.Ticket and task triage using JIRA from user requests.

User troubleshooting to identify the correct course of action.Provide continuous feedback to the team on status and progress on current work and enhancements.Types of oversight of tasksConfiguration - New product, role profiles, fields and layoutsConfiguration enhancements - Workflow rules and basic codingReports and Dashboards – Building and change requestsUAT, User Training and System updatesUser administration and licensingSkills, attitude and experienceSF design and deployment expertiseAround 10+ years Salesforce Specialist / Support or system administration experienceSalesforce ADM201 is preferredSalesforce CPQ301 would be beneficialSolution architecture experience in multinational environmentProficiency in conducting structured business analysisUnderstanding of AI solutions with a SF and wider contextProven problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills - oral and writtenMust be prepared to act as a partner to the EROAD user community and work proactively with them for high performance outcomesStrong customer service skills and cultureTeam Player - Recognises that a team achieves far more than a group of disparate individualsOrganised and structured - All changes and new development are carefully documentedWhy You'll Love Working At EROADEROAD is a true Kiwi success story in the tech sector.
