ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a customer-focused role where you will coordinate directly with our clients' customers.

You will play an important part in ensuring products are accurately accepted and released in a timely manner.

It is essential that the correct product is released to the correct companies, all customer requirements are met, and strong working relationships are maintained.

LOOKING FOR

Deal with Ambiguity – can effectively cope with change

Administering and removing holds on containers

Computer Literate (Microsoft Office skills)

Customer Focus –First point of telephone contact for customers calling

Experience in Freight / Shipping or Logistics industry

Time Management – use your time effectively and efficiently

Pass a mandatory Pre-employment drugs test
