• About the Role
• Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a key member of our Christchurch branch, you’ll be involved in both
• front counter service
• and
• stores operations
• . You’ll be the face of TWL to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes.
• Your day will include :
• Serving customers in person, by phone, and online
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving goods, data entry into inventory system, and stock control
• Maintaining tidy, well-presented product displays
• Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing
• Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts
• Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices
• What You’ll Bring
• Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
• Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Great communication and a team player mindset
