Your responsibilities will include : Managing targets and sales figures.Creating and building a clientele as their trusted advisor.Recommending fragrances based on product knowledge and customer preferences.Motivating, mentoring, and leading a team.Implementing self-starter promotions and new business initiatives.Managing and maintaining appropriate stock levels, visual and merchandise presentation.Being the cohesive force at the counter.About You : We are seeking a Counter Manager with : Superior selling skills, proven experience in meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs (experience in the beauty industry or with a luxury brand is an advantage).

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure a first-class customer experience.A passion for fragrances and helping customers feel great about themselves.Experience managing a small team is an advantage.This is a full-time position working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday roster.Your Benefits - What's in it for you?
