St Matthew’s Collegiate are seeking a passionate and innovative teacher-in-charge of food technology to lead high-quality teaching and learning in our well-resourced Food Technology Department. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to an educator who is enthusiastic about engaging students through hands-on, meaningful learning experiences.

Our food technology space includes a fully equipped kitchen , providing an excellent environment to deliver a dynamic food and nutrition programme. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to teach at both junior and senior levels. Senior classes are co-educational in collaboration with our brother school, Rathkeale College , as part of the Senior College .

• Is culturally responsive in their teaching and committed to inclusive practices
• Integrates Te Tiriti o Waitangi into teaching practice

• Supports and contributes to our Anglican special character .
