OverviewMuster are on the hunt for an experienced automotive aftersales professional to join an automotive distributor group as their Customer & Dealer Support Ambassador.
The role is based at their headquarters in Mount Wellington and is responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
The role is also responsible for managing Total Service Accounts with the objective of generating revenue for the distributor and its dealer network.
You may currently be in a Service Advisor role and looking for a change out of the retail world and are ready to use your automotive knowledge in a different environment.
