The successful applicant will be flexible, energetic, adaptable, and have a can-do attitude to make a difference in quality teaching and learning.

What we are looking for

• Early childhood qualified
• Current registration with the New Zealand Teachers’ Council
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent communication skills : writing, speaking, and listening
• Self-management skills : planning, organising, time management, and punctuality
• Passionate about creating inspiring, beautiful environments; igniting wonder, curiosity, and stimulating learning experiences
• Confidence and commitment to working in collaboration with parents and families
• An ability to build community and parental engagement
• An understanding of Te Whāriki, and commitment to working with staff and parents to achieve continuous improvement and progress
• Enthusiasm towards personal development, particularly regarding team leadership and management.
