On behalf of Mackersy Property the team at Assemble Recruitment are pleased to be assisting with the search for an Investor Relations Manager to join the business in either Tauranga, Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown.

Mackersy Property are a leading commercial property investment and management firm with a proven track record of delivering high-performing, long-term investment opportunities across New Zealand. As they expand their pipeline of investment-grade commercial property projects, they are seeking an experienced and connected Investor Relations Manager to drive and facilitate equity raising efforts from wholesale and sophisticated investors nationwide.

Role and responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate equity raising from wholesale and sophisticated investors nationwide to fund new acquisitions and existing property syndicates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial market participants with an understanding of commercial property.
• Increase Mackersy Property’s market exposure across New Zealand, targeting growth sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support equity capital formation and ongoing investor engagement.

Qualifications and experience

Location

Available to work from Tauranga, Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown; role is open to people from a range of locations within New Zealand.
