In this role, you'll lead the design and programme managment of purpose-driven, future-focused learning programmes, particularly in leadership development.You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to identify capability needs, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure our people are equipped to thrive.

You'll also play a key role in maintaining best practice across our L&D initiatives and supporting the continuous improvement of our learning culture, as well as;Designing and delivering leadership development programmes.Facilitating engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Supporting the L&D team with creative learning solutions.Managing learning projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.Mou | About YouYou're a confident and collaborative L&D professional who thrives on helping others grow.
