Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Immediate Start

Overview

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a permanent salary role based in Auckland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected consultancy in a key intermediate-level position.

The role is focused primarily on contract administration and bank reporting, with your estimating skills being helpful.

You\'ll be working closely with directors and senior staff on a variety of commercial projects around the region.

Responsibilities

Contract administration and drawdowns

Preparation of project financial reports

Bank reporting

Project financial management, including assessment of progress claims

Cost to complete reporting

Attending site visits and meetings

Coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients

Occasional mentoring of cadets and junior staff

What We\'re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years\' experience in Quantity Surveying

Strong NZ-based experience in contract administration and financial reporting

Excellent communication skills and professionalism

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Must have legal working rights in NZ (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa)
