Thinking of change, get in touch.We are currently seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-regarded contractor based in the Waikato region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team during an exciting time, with workload steadily increasing and projects slowly coming online.About the RoleYou'll be joining a tight-knit, supportive team, working closely with experienced professionals while enjoying a high level of autonomy.

This role is well-suited to someone who's confident in pricing, managing, and running their own projects from start to finish.Projects are diverse and range across light commercial, residential, and small-scale industrial sectors – no two days will look the same, and your experience will grow quickly in this hands-on role.You'll be involved across all project phases, from tendering and procurement through to contract administration and final accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissionsProcure subcontractors and manage contract negotiationsAdminister contracts and variationsMonitor project costs and ensure financial targets are metLiaise with clients, suppliers, and site teamsDeliver multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervisionWhat We're Looking ForA relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management3–8+ years' QS experience (Intermediate or Senior level)Solid understanding of NZS
