This highly regarded advisory firm operates within a global network and has a strong presence in Auckland CBD. The Corporate Finance team works closely with private businesses, investors and corporate groups, providing high calibre advice across the full transaction lifecycle.

About the Role

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence assignments for both buy side and sell side projects
• Drive M&A engagements by shaping deal structures, supporting negotiations and guiding clients through each stage
• Own valuation and modelling workstreams covering transactional, regulatory and strategic requirements
• Produce investor‑ready materials and contribute to capital raising activities
• Partner with senior leaders and clients to provide clear insights while supporting business development and practice growth
