Finance Manager - Portfolio Finance

ASB is seeking a Finance Manager to lead invest spend reporting, forecasting, and benefit management across our portfolio.

As Finance Manager – Portfolio Finance, you will :

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of consolidated investment spend, maintaining alignment with ASB's strategic objectives.

Lead the invest forecast process and plan setting, providing insights to improve decision-making and business knowledge.

Produce and enhance regular invest reports and management information to meet business needs.

Manage benefit reporting for the bank, ensuring all ASB benefits are accurately tracked and communicated.

Provide technical accounting advice, including advice around capitalisation, month-end, project setup, and process improvements.

Identify and manage financial risks related to invest spend.

Act as a trusted finance partner to project and portfolio leaders, supporting people development through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Deep understanding of commercial financial business issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to package information for all audiences.

Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Experience in data analysis, scenario modelling, and solving complex problems.

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Chartered Accountant, CFA, or equivalent.
