Main Tasks
Direct, oversee, and manage daily front-of-house operations.
Determine required tasks and allocate duties to team members.
Prepare staff rosters and maintain shift reports.
Ensure correct staffing levels are maintained, including absence coordination.
Suggest and implement improvements to operating standards for greater efficiency.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by managing all front-office activities.
Increase occupancy and profitability by promoting restaurant services and amenities through effective upselling strategies.
Proactively manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring positive resolutions.
Receive and process customer payments accurately.
Check and report any maintenance issues related to brewing or restaurant equipment.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures within the restaurant.
