You'll join a growing, diverse team of quantity surveyor, delivering cost consulting services on some of the region's most significant transport and infrastructure, defence, water, education and community development projects.

Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of Cost Advisory and Quantity Surveying consultancy services across significant and diverse infrastructure, community, and city-related projects.

Grow your Cost Management and Quantity Surveying career, assisting in estimates, construction contract administration, 3D estimating, risk assessment, asset and whole-of-life costings.

Join a high performing and diverse team with a supportive culture, focused on your personal and professional development.

Deliver cost consulting services on some of the region's most significant transport and infrastructure projects, including defence, water, education and community development.

Support the Project Strategy and Delivery team in planning, execution and delivery of projects across the Wellington region.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to provide comprehensive, client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

Background in civil infrastructure, transport, building, industrial, or water projects.

Demonstrated ability across cost management functions and the capability to solve complex client challenges collaboratively.

Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas and think laterally.

Commercial judgement and a client-first mindset.

Experience across a variety of sectors and the ability to work autonomously within a close-knit team.

Experience with cost advisory / quantity surveying, or a desire to develop in these areas.

Registered member of NZIQS or RICS is an advantage; support to obtain registration is available.

Commitment to professional growth and development.

A good sense of humour and a collaborative approach.
