We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrative champion to handle our busy schedule for a busy team and provide essential support to our Chief People Officer and wider People Team.
In this role, you'll manage senior administration, coordinate People Team projects, support onboarding processes, and play a key part in organising our training and development programme.
You'll help ensure our systems, processes and learning activities run smoothly and efficiently.
You're an experienced senior administrator / EA / PA who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.
You'll be confident working with leaders, managing sensitive information, juggling competing priorities, and building strong relationships across the organisation.
You'll bring :
5+ years' executive or senior administrative experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience with financial admin
Confidence using systems, tools and reporting platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience coordinating training or learning activities (desirable)
Understanding of basic te reo Maori and respect for tikanga

Band E, with the budgeted salary range being between 75k - 88k per annum, skillset and experience dependant.
