You'll use data insights to identify student needs early, coordinate proactive outreach, and connect learners with the right services, advice, and resources to support their success.You'll take the lead in creating and maintaining student cohort structures each trimester, monitoring engagement trends, and driving continuous improvement across our systems and processes.
