Overview
We’re looking for a Fraud Insights and Analytics Specialist to join our Fraud Prevention team. This role is all about turning data into action, providing meaningful insights, identifying trends, and influencing business decisions that improve fraud prevention across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders, investigators, and external partners to deliver monthly reporting and support data requests.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and drive fraud analytics platform overhaul.
- Shape how we use data to detect and prevent fraud in a modern, AI‑aware environment.
What you’ll need
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsProven analytical capabilityA solution‑focused mindset with the ability to problem‑solve creativelyExcellent written communication skills, including reporting and storytelling with dataProficiency in SQL and Google Data Platform, and experience working with large datasetsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Hands‑on experience with Tableau and / or other data visualisation toolsA curious, proactive approach and the confidence to take initiativeBenefits
