Technical Recruitment Specialist | Energy Sector | Goalkeeping Coach

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a role where your analysis directly shapes investment decisions and programme outcomes. A key contributor to our multi‑million dollar works programme you’ll have the chance to :

  • Monitor a large and varied portfolio of CAPEX and OPEX projects, providing monthly reports at ELT and board level
  • Analyse both financial and volumetric data utilising modern systems
  • Develop an understanding of multiple business objectives across an interesting infrastructure environment
  • Turn insights into clear programme reporting that enables effective decision making
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset, enhancing processes and reporting frameworks

We’ve invested in upgrading our asset management system. You’ll get to support and shape its continued development to maximise system integration and enable greater business efficiency.

About You

You’ll thrive in a supportive, high‑energy environment where collaboration and impact go hand in hand.

With a background in accounting / finance, programme management or operational support, you’ll bring proven programme or project analysis experience. Confident working with digital solutions, you may have worked with the likes of SAP, Maximo, PowerBI, or project management software. Key is the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Bringing strong commercial acumen and a knack for financial forecasting and reporting you’ll :

  • Be able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Enjoy getting stuck into the detail while seeing the bigger picture
  • Relish being part of a fast‑paced team playing a key function in enabling project delivery
  • Be an effective collaborator with an ability to working with various stakeholders
  • Ideally have previous exposure to asset management or infrastructure environments (although not essential – we can teach this!)
