That's where you come in.The RoleWe're looking for a Mobile Test Engineer to join our team on a three-month contract as either a fixed-term or independent contractor.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our Android and iOS apps deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our customers.

Working closely with our growing development and testing teams, you'll help bring to market a complex IoT ecosystem — where physical products interface with cloud-connected systems to deliver intelligent, connected experiences.Some of the things that you might be involved in include : Execute manual and automated testing on Android and iOS mobile appsCollaborate with developers to report, track, and communicate test findingsContribute to decisions on what should be automated versus manually testedBuild and maintain automated mobile test suitesDevelop a strong understanding of system architecture to inform test strategyChampion quality assurance best practices and critical thinking within the teamHelp refine user stories to ensure testability and clear acceptance criteriaAbout YouWe think you'll be a fit for this role if you have the following skills / or traits : 8+ years' experience in manual and automated testingExperience testing on both Android and iOS platformsHands-on experience with automated testing frameworksBackground in testing hardware–mobile app integrationsStrong API and UI testing skillsOrganised, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsResearch shows that while men apply for jobs when they meet ~ 60% of the job criteria, women and other marginalised groups tend to apply only when they check every box.
