About the role

You will play a key role in installing windscreen and glass on customer vehicles, shaping this new position while adding value to our service.

You will work alongside management, parts, sales, finance, admin and marketing teams to deliver a high-level customer experience.

Responsibilities

Install windscreen and glass on customer vehicles.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship, eye for detail and pride in work.

Take initiative as a self-starter and contribute to continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Full, respectable New Zealand driver's licence.

Full rights to work in New Zealand.

Experience as an Installation Specialist preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills.
