A commitment to high-quality production, excellent service,and the desire always to be one step ahead is what we stand for.We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to direct, set, and manage our sales teams in Wellington and Tauranga.Minimum Guaranteed Hours / Week are 30.Maximum hours / week you may be required to work are 45.

Qualification / Work Experience

You will need to have at least three years of relevant work experience and a relevant qualificationin management.

Must have a valid full Driving Licence.

This position is based in Wellington but requires weekly travel to Tauranga.

Your daily tasks will include-? Plan, organise, and oversee the sales and marketing functions within theorganisation to support business growth.

• ? Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goalsto maximise revenue and market share.
• ? Establish clear, measurable sales targets for teams to ensure consistent growth andprofitability.
• ? Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels toexpand the organisation's reach.
• ? Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies anddecision-making.
• ? Direct the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote theorganisation's goods and services to a broad audience.
• ? Design and execute strategies to enhance and protect the organisation's publicimage and reputation.
• ? Ensure consistent communication and messaging across all platforms andstakeholder touchpoints.
• ? Lead and manage sales and operational teams.
• ? Mentor and develop team members to support talent growth and professionaldevelopment within the organisation.
• ? Track sales performance, market trends, and campaign metrics using data andreporting tools.
• ? Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.
