About therole

As an Assistant SiteSupervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting theday-to-day operations of our Mt Maunganui site. Working closelywith the Site Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the site runssmoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes coordinatingstaff, overseeing inventory and equipment, supporting health andsafety, and maintaining compliance with internal processes andexternal regulations.

This hands-on role isperfect for someone who enjoys a balance of planning, peopleleadership, and operational support. You’ll bring strongcommunication skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude tohelp drive site performance and team success.

You’ll alsocontribute to a positive workplace culture, promoting safety,quality, and collaboration while ensuring high standards are metacross all site activities.

Duties

• Assist with thedaily planning and coordination of site operations
• Support and leadTool-Box Talks, safety meetings, and dailybriefings
• Maintain highstandards of site cleanliness, equipment condition, and safetypractices
• Ensure staff arescheduled and trained appropriately to meet operationalneeds
• Monitor inventoryrecords in SIMS and assist with physical stockcounts
• Identify and resolvestock discrepancies, and process transfer orders asrequired
• Support feed andfood safety compliance and reporting
• Assist with internaland external customer service requests
• Contribute to sitecompliance, reporting, and administration tasks
• Foster a zero-harmculture and strong customer service mindset

• Strong team focusand a proactive approach to leadership
• Experiencecoordinating operational teams or tasks
• Good workingknowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office
• Comfortableconducting stock checks and handling admin or reportingduties
• Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
• Ability to workcollaboratively and meet deadlines
• Demonstratedunderstanding of health & safety and compliancerequirements
• Unrestricted carlicence required
• Front End Loaderoperator experience and WTR endorsement anadvantage
