This is a hands-on leadership role where your focus on health and safety, operational excellence, and team coordination will be key.What You'll Be Doing : Supervising day-to-day operations and leading your team on-siteEnsuring high safety and compliance standards are maintainedSupporting the planning and execution of industrial service projectsProviding mentoring and guidance to operatorsTravelling out of town as needed to support other regions on large-scale jobsWhat We're Looking For : Strong experience in high pressure water jetting and vacuum loadingProven leadership skills in an industrial or high-risk work environmentExcellent health and safety awarenessWillingness to travel for short-term projectsIndustrial Services Operator – TaupoWe're also looking for Industrial Services Operators to join the team.

In this role, you'll be working on heavy industrial sites carrying out high pressure water jetting and vacuum loading, often in confined spaces and at height.What You'll Be Doing : Operating high pressure water blasting and vacuum loading equipmentWorking on various industrial sites, following all safety proceduresPerforming tasks in confined spaces and at heightsTravelling occasionally to assist other regions on major projectsWhat We're Looking For : Previous experience in industrial services - high pressure water blasting and vacuum loadingClass 4 license (preferred but not essential)Good physical fitness and willingness to work in challenging environmentsA strong commitment to health and safetyA great attitude and eagerness to learn — full training provided for the right candidateWhy Join Us?
