An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in Whakatane. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer service, and has a strong operational mindset.
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including team leadership, customer service delivery, financial performance, and compliance. The role also includes supporting team members and contributing to the branch's technical capability.

- Drive service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and compliance
- Achieve financial and productivity targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
