About the opportunity
The Finance Analyst
is responsible for delivering accurate, insightful analysis to support key
sales-focused stakeholders and the finance team in making quality business
decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for data and
the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business
Key
Responsibilities : Provide timely and
accurate revenue and profit analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Analyse regional
sales, customer purchasing behaviour, and external market trends, to identify
and highlight opportunities and risks impacting revenue and profit lines.
Partner with key
sales stakeholders to understand their information needs and deliver targeted
insights that drive commercial performance.
Collaborate closely
with Commercial Analyst and Finance Business Partners to provide a holistic
view of business performance and communicate risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain
reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and enable fast and
informed decision-making.
Champion continuous
improvement and innovation in analysis and reporting processes, exploring
innovative ways to present information and drive commercial insight.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role.

Proficiency in
financial analysis and business performance metrics.
Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills with a passion for data
Excellent
communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
and the ability to influence decisions through clear, evidence-based data.
Experience with data
visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is desirable.
