Quality Assurance Officer

OverviewANZCO Foods Waitara have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join the Technical team.

This is a permanent, full time morning shift position (4 : 30am to 1 : 00pm) reporting to the Quality Assurance Officer.ANZCO Foods Waitara manufacture high-quality products for the export and domestic markets.

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that regulatory and customer standards are maintained through monitoring, sampling, recording, reporting, and working closely with other site teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Specific on the job training will be provided for this position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrevious experience in a Quality Assurance role, or similar, within the food industryExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge in MS Office (particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook)Skills and ExperienceAbility to manage responsibilities with minimal supervisionAttention to detailAnalytical and methodical approach to workBe able to think logically and remain calm under pressure.Be a team playerAbout the company and valuesWe deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
