• We have a great opportunity for a fantastic and energetic filled Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Pascoes team in Albany.We work with our teams, guiding them toward success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.

You'll be able to work weekdays, weekends, and when extra hours are needed.Don't have jewellery experience?

We will provide you with training.Role Hours and PositionMon 8 : 30am-2pmFri 10am-7pmSat 8 : 30am-6pmYour Role : Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and cultureAchieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targetContribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitudeSupport your teamFocus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and timeUnderstand and execute back-of-house paperwork and proceduresActively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activitiesAbout you : You will be confident and enthusiastic - a people personYou will be professionally presented and well-spokenShow an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and inquiriesHave enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the storeYou'll be able to show initiative, has a strong customer service focus and intelligence, with a punctual and driven character.
