Retail Sales Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description

This role is for a part-time sales assistant in our Albany store.

You will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture

Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target

Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing 'can-do' attitude

Support your team

Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time

Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures

Requirements :

Sales experience required

Confident and enthusiastic with a 'people' person approach

Professionally presented and well-spoken

Understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries

Enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store

Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities

We are looking for someone with initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligent, punctual, and has drive.

The role is available for an immediate start and requires flexibility to work late nights and weekends when needed.
