Whether you're on the farm getting your gumboots dirty or connecting over a coffee at our local stores, you'll be getting the mahi done as part of a trusted team.About the OpportunityAs the Store Manager for Waimate you will run the full operation of the site ensuring the delivery of inspiring leadership, excellent customer experience, and strong financial results.

You will be an ambassador in the community and will help farmers to get the most out of the site and its facilities to enable them to get things done while saving them time and money.Key elements of the role include : Responsible for the overall performance of site operations including sustainable financial performance, positive customer experience and strong retail discipline, driven by our retail strategy.Develop and foster high engagement levels within your sales team and have a strong focus on developing your people through leadership, coaching and mentoring.Build long term positive relationships with our customers, suppliers & internal partners, including Fonterra shareholders, that delivers value & positive impact for all parties.Creating a proactive health & safety culture that helps to ensure a safe workplace whilst meeting all compliance requirements as a minimum standard.Maintain and champion policies and initiatives that help to positively enhance Fonterra's reputation nationally and in local communities.About YouWe are looking for an inspirational and passionate people leader to elevate team performance and enable the team to work together towards clear and common goals.
